Nine-year-old Elizabeth Taylor makes her screen debut in this lighthearted comedy. She plays the spoiled daughter of a pudding factory owner, who gets pushed into running for mayor by local businessmen who assume he'll be easy to control. As a marketing stunt, he claims his pudding contains a miracle nutrient called "Vitamin Z." Sales skyrocket, and his campaign becomes flush with cash. The only problem? Vitamin Z doesn't exist. When the truth comes out, the town leaders scramble to expose him as a fraud and drop him from the race.
