Undercover Boss Canada is a captivating reality series inspired by its British counterpart. In each episode, high-ranking executives from prominent Canadian companies don disguises to work alongside entry-level employees, uncovering operational shortcomings and employee experiences. The inaugural season premiered on February 2, 2012, spanning 10 episodes on the W Network and concluding on April 5, 2012. Following its success, an additional 30 episodes were commissioned, resulting in four new seasons. The second season aired from September 6 to November 8, 2012, with the third season set to debut on January 17, 2013.
