Set against the vibrant backdrop of New Orleans, The Originals follows the Mikaelson siblings—Klaus, Elijah, and Rebekah—who are the first vampires in existence. Upon Klaus's return to reclaim his city from his former protégé, Marcel, tensions rise as old rivalries resurface.
